A qualified Mechanical Engineer with over ten years’ experience across asset management, reliability and process improvement in manufacturing (building and food) and industrial gases industries. Career succession in maintenance, projects and contractor management with strong focus in compliance safety integrity system and safe work environment. Utilising process improvement tools delivering continuous production yield and quality assurance to meet business objectives. A friendly, approachable and effective team player with recognised ability to build and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; working as part of the management team to promote safety awareness and safe work culture. Key Competencies Safety - First priority implement and enforce practices WHS Zero Harm, Safe Working Culture for maintenance, operators and contractors. Asset Management – Developing Asset Management with Criticality Matrix for automated process operations, equipment and facilities align to quality assurance and site statutory equipment safety and integrity compliance to Australian Standards, WHS Regulation and Best Practices. Planning and Scheduling – SAP/MEX Plant Maintenance, planning for Predictive, Preventative, Corrective and annual shutdowns. Asset Reliability – Analyse data, reporting KPI and implement process improvement. Business Process Improvement – Develop and review equipment Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Asset Failure Prevention Plan, conduct Root Cause Analysis and Risk Assessment. Generate and implement Work Instructions, One Page Coach, Preventative and Condition Based Maintenance, SOP and Project Upgrades. Stakeholder Management - Building close working relationships between stakeholders towards process improvement, coaching indirect reports and production staffs to eliminate risk hazards, deliver targets operational objectives. Contractor Management – Manage contractor’s safety compliance to organisation Safety Regulation.
