With 17 years experience gained within two global organisations (Coca-Cola & adidas), I have consistently delivered outstanding results in multi-channel environments. Areas of expertise include General Management, eCommerce, Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing Execution. I am highly motivated and thrive on the challenge of leading and developing high performing teams to deliver business objectives. My experience also includes crisis management, driving organizational change and creating profitability in established or start-up businesses. Recruited and lead the eCommerce team, which exceeded the sales and profit expectations in the first year. - Country Manager NZ, lead the organisational turn-around and restructure and achieved record sales during the 2011 Rugby World Cup. - Part of Coca-Cola Amatil mergers and acquisition team for the the Joint Venture with SAB Miller (Pacific Beverages) and the acquisition of Blue Tongue Brewery. - Project Managed the sales division for the most successful product launch ACNielsen has ever seen (Coca-Cola Zero)- Successfully managed and developed large Sales teams of 60+ across Sydney and Melbourne.
