I am a graduate from XLRI, the premier B-School for HR in India. I have worked extensively in HR transformation initiatives at regional and global levels in Asia, Europe and LatAm in organisations such as Coca-Cola, and Nestle. Currently I am leading the Human Resources function of Crompton Greaves Consumer, one of the leading brands in India, with a revenue of USD1 billion, 5000+ employees. I specialise in designing and implementing cutting-edge HR processes across organisations. I have extensive experience at strategic and operational level in virtually all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations (IR), talent and performance management, development & rewards, M&A and organisation transformation. I am passionate about innovation and digital transformation in Human Resources. @Crompton, we are experimenting with leveraging areas as diverse as AI, blockchain, neuroscience, Behavioral Economics, data science, et al in creating breakthrough employee experience.
