My career has largely been spent in the insurance industry, where I have been able to establish a solid professional foundation as a strategic thinker who deeply enjoys augmenting talent, refining processes, and driving business goals. With 20+ years of experience, I have found that the areas of business operations and human resources are where the majority of my expertise lies. As a leader, I believe in fostering accountable and dependable teams while leading by example. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed the process of sourcing, hiring, and developing talent to build leaders for the future of the organization. Helping others fulfill or exceed their career objectives is something I strive to do as a coach and mentor. During my tenure with COUNTRY Financial, I implemented the Learning Center of Excellence, a place where representatives could receive training and support throughout every stage of their career. I am an open-minded individual who constantly reviews existing procedures to find areas for improvement and then creates plans to enact positive change. This largely includes maximizing client satisfaction, an area I have heavily dedicated my efforts to during my career. I was able to lead the transformation to a multi-channel contact center (from an inbound call center) as the Manager, Enterprise Contact Center with Country Financial. This accomplishment dramatically improved customer contact without the need for additional staff resources. I have been able to demonstrate my leadership and project management skills that enhance client experience, streamline internal process, and control costs expenses across many areas of my career. While I am proud of my accomplishments thus far, I look forward to making further impacts on my company, industry, and community while remaining true to who I am: a solution-driven, customer focused, and communicative leader.
