As the CIO at COUNTRY Financial, I have the privilege of leading our teams in IT. Together we provide modern technology and quality service and experiences to our customers and fellow teammates within our organization. Our strong values and culture make COUNTRY a great place to work and I’m proud of our commitment to our customers and employees. My motto is “a job worth doing, is worth doing well” and is something I learned throughout my professional career and personal life. There is no substitute for commitment and hard work. When I’m not working, I enjoy watching my sons play lacrosse, watching a college hockey game, and spending as much time outdoors as I can. Some of my specialties include: Technology planning, financial management, business process improvement, leadership development, vendor management, and program and project planning.
