WHAT I DO: I provide executive coaching and leadership development consulting to business executives who aspire to transform how they think, lead and inspire others. My coaching focuses on partnering with leaders during transitions, elevating leader effectiveness and leading through challenging times. WHO I WORK WITH: I coach clients across many industries including health care, academic medicine, and consumer products and services. As a former C-suite executive, my clients appreciate that I have "walked in their shoes" and can relate to the many challenges they face in a senior executive role. My compassionately direct and goal-oriented style, helps clients derive value from each coaching conversation. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: Before dedicating my time to executive coaching, I held a variety of senior leadership roles in a large health system including CHRO, Chief Learning Officer, Executive Vice President of Innovation & Transformation, and Chief of Staff to the CEO. My keen insight into leadership challenges, operational acumen and more than a decade of leadership coaching experience enables me to serve clients with a focus on driving personal and organizational performance. MY BACKGROUND: I began my career as a physical therapist and quickly moved into leadership roles. I earned an MBA from University of NC-Greensboro. Throughout my career, I have been committed to developing people and helping them shift how they see themselves and the world. This opens up new possibilities for actions and choices. I became a coach to support leader's learning and personal development. My coaching credentials include graduation from Newfield's Coach Training program and am a Newfield Certified Coach.
