I have the privilege of coming to work every day and focusing on helping brilliant people do amazing things. As the Head of Citadels Talent Strategy team I focus on human capital innovation across the entirety of the employee journey. At Citadel our mission is to have a positive impact on the global economy by deploying capital to reach its fullest potential. My role is to help ensure that our most valuable asset, our people, are optimized to achieve that goal. The team I lead does so by incubating new ideas, implementing those ideas and helping our Human Capital practitioners and Managers harvest those investments.
