When it comes to product and marketing strategy, I approach the problem as an exercise in triangulating three components: what market opportunities are presenting themselves? What capabilities do we have to address the opportunities? How can we quickly and effectively deliver a product that customers find compelling? I work with start-up and high growth companies to build and upgrade the product management process and execute on the vision.
