Ms. Cordial is currently Human Resources Manager for BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems Indiana Technical Center Campus with locations in Noblesville, Anderson, and Kokomo, Indiana. She serves as a strategic partner to the Leadership team and directs and manages human resources at the Indiana Technical Center. BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is a global manufacturer of automotive parts. Ms. Cordial's human resources career began with General Motors Corporation, Fisher Guide Division. Fisher Guide Division manufactured automotive exterior lighting products to General Motors Corporation. During Ms. Cordial's tenure at Guide Corporation, she served as a human resources manager at the Corporate Headquarters and was a member of the management National Contract Negotiating team. She also served as the Corporate Health & Safety Manager and Employee Development with responsibility for all US and Mexico operations. Ms. Cordial also served as the Sr. Salaried Personnel Manager with primary focus on corporate recruiting at all levels of the organization and coordinated and implemented training for salaried personnel. Guide Corporation ceased operations in May 2007. Ms. Cordial began employment with the State of Indiana, Indiana Department of Correction in May 2007 and served as the Director of Human Resources serving as a strategic partner to the Executive Team. The Indiana Department of Correction has over 26 facilities state-wide and employs over 6,800 employees. Ms. Cordial managed a team of 28 human resources professionals.
