Eric Berridge is a two-time author, TED speaker, and co-founder and former CEO of Bluewolf, an IBM Company (acquired in 2016), a firm that he built over two decades as the original and preeminent consultancy for Salesforce. Today, Eric is the EVP Commercial Officer of Salesforce Professional Services. His one job? To help partners and customers achieve success on the Salesforce platform. Salesforce customers are building companies that are larger and more complex than ever before. That complexity means that Salesforce services need to evolve, so Eric and his team are reinventing the way that customers consume cloud and professional services in the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver more value and help customers gain a competitive edge. Eric’s latest book, Customer Obsessed, redefines customer obsession for the tech era, and he continues to educate and give voice to other entrepreneurs building customer-obsessed businesses.
