Blue Prism are the pioneers of RPA (Robotic Process Automation). A new enterprise software product category, the market for which is currently going through global hyper growth, disrupting white collar knowledge work in the same way physical robots did to manufacturing. Software robots autonomously log on to a desktop PC and orchestrate the corporate systems in the same way humans do. They collaborate to form a digital workforce that automates away the mundane, error-prone processes that humans don't enjoy and aren't very good at. This leads to greater accuracy, efficiency, compliance and customer service.
