Mr. Hinkley has been a member of the Wall Street community and investment industry across multiple industries sectors, and serves as Investor Relations Officer and Director of IR for Bluegreen Vacations Holding Corp. (NYSE: BVH), Bluegreen Vacations Corp. (NYSE: BXG), and BBX Capital, Inc. (OTCQX: BBXIA). He joined BankAtlantic Bancorp (NYSE: BBX) and BFC's (NYSE: BFCF) group of cos. in Aug. 2000 and served as IRO for both. BFC’s primary holdings were BankAtlantic Bancorp and its subsidiaries and holdings (which included BankAtlantic FSB, Ryan Beck & Co., Gruntal & Co., Stifel Financial Corp., Bluegreen (NYSE: BXG), and Benihana (NASDAQ: BNHN). He also served as IRO of Levitt Corp. (NYSE: LEV), the parent of Levitt and Sons - America's oldest homebuilder. Prior, he directed IR-worldwide for large market cap ECI Telecom (NASDAQ: ECIL), a global provider of advanced telecom & data solutions to leading carriers and service providers. Headquartered in Israel, ECI pioneered technologies for global networks including voice compression, SDH, DSL, Broadband Access, Optical Networking, and VOIP solutions. For over 20 years he has served on the Board of the National Investor Relations Institute-FL, Inc., is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, FL Sheriffs Assoc., and American Astronautical Society. Previously he served the Board of Quamtel (OTC: QUMI), DataJack (OTC: DJAK), Teleflex Technologies, Advisory Board at Dreams Inc. (NASDAQ: DRJ), and the Exec. Comm. of the FL IT Task Force. He was co-founder of First Empire Securities Public Finance and Compliance Officer for Westar Trading Group. He has also served on the Board of the American Israel Chamber of Commerce, FL Israel Chamber of Comm., and Broward County Crime Commission. In addition, he was a member of the FL Bankers Assoc., FL Credit Union League, International Engineering Consortium and SuperComm committee, Broward Alliance, and Advisor to the Lynn Chair for International Business at FAU.
