My achievements are a result of strong Leadership skills, a focus on strategy and a drive for continuous improvement. In over 28 years of management experience, I’ve learned, changed and grown in order to prepare for the next level of responsibility. Including: • Strategic Planning & Execution: Consistently considers the changes in business trends and direction to set the vision for future growth and define the metrics of success. I take the initiative to drive the strategy with results. • Change Management through Relationship Management: Able to drive change across various teams and levels, through partnership, consensus and resulting in a winning solution for all stakeholders. I am energized by the challenge of problem solving and exceeding the goals. • Talent Development: Understands the power of a strong team, having managed teams of up to 200 employees, from entry level to Director level. I have created paths of development for key talent, resulting in growth and promotion; I have been a mentor, encouraging and directing employees to pursue new challenges in order to develop both personally and professionally.
