Accomplished Human Resources Systems leader with 20+ years of proven experience in supporting business goals to drive business results. Building strong partnerships with business leaders along with solid project management skills has brought repeated success in software selection/implementations in HCM, Payroll and Time and Attendance, internal process improvements, acquisition integrations, divestitures, security and compliance. Member of the Corporate PMO for Mergers and Acquisitions. Acquisition and Divestiture experience includes due diligence, TSA design, and partnering with the Legal Teams and Buyer/Seller to develop and execute a plan for integration. Recent History: Served as the Project Manager to lead the transformation/redesign of HR Systems and HR Processes in order to meet needs of a larger organization due to acquisition. Led team of employees and consultants to move from seven HR/Payroll systems to one, Workday. In less than 10 months, stood up HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits/Open Enrollment, Self-Service, USD/CAD Payroll, Talent and Absence along with 60+ new integrations and the transformation of all data. Leveraging Workday as the hub of worker data has allowed transformation to occur across other functions as well. Continue to push for automation across the broader organization and have been able to support business priorities by leveraging our technology. Ongoing development of technology roadmap and involvement in all Workday contract negotiations has allowed the continued expansion of Workday to drive adoption in the deepest levels of the organization, driving ROI on initial investment. Built a high functioning HRIS Team with ongoing focus on developing skills, which has led to a large reduction in external consulting spend. Manage overall Systems budgets and continue to come in underbudget year over year due to process improvements and skill development. Currently working towards transformation in Time and Attendance, Labor Scheduling, HR Analytics, and People Metrics in Operations. Implementation experience with Workday, Kronos, Lawson, Oracle and other systems.
