I am a leadership coach and consultant and I am based in New York City. I have over 30 years of experience in business, much of which has been at the executive levels of management in top-tier internationally recognized organizations. A Chartered Accountant by background, I moved into senior leadership roles over 20 years ago. I bring a unique global perspective and experience having worked in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. I specialize in strategy, succession planning, organizational transformation, leadership development and coaching. I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand, a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Management Institute, and I hold a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. On a more personal level, I am fortunate to have lived and worked in Sydney, Melbourne, London, and New York. I have met extraordinary people along the way and I have sought to make organizations good for people. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I believe this has given me a heightened awareness to the needs of individuals and teams. I have sought to balance those needs with those of the organization in the belief that common ground can be found. And, while the needs of generations may vary, I see that the values of compassion, kindness, justice and equity transcend those differences, especially when people are united by a common mission and purpose.
