This understanding coupled with his knowledge, skills, experience and understanding of how private sector decision makers consider, and make decisions, across various industries and across the varying organisational behaviours, (that private sector businesses display due to business size, scale and culture), provide Niko with a well balanced and unique thinking ability which he can leverage to suit various challenges and hence create appropriate solutions. Niko has built strategy and implementation plans for innovative and unique service offerings and businesses for Aurecon in different geographies. Niko has held various senior roles in management and delivery in his time with Aurecon, which has grown from 900 FTE’s in Australia and New Zealand to over 7,000 FTE’s in ANZ, Asia, Middle East, Africa. Niko variety of experience provides him with unique knowledge and insights across the entire spectrum of SME’s to a large corporate.
