As Chief People Officer at Aurecon, my role is focused on empowering our people to achieve the company’s purpose and strategic aspiration, and to work together to continually transform our culture into a more diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can connect, learn and thrive. My expertise is in building and leading a technology-enabled People function that is focused on identifying and developing strategies, mindsets, behaviours, practices and organisational capabilities needed for the new world of work. I am passionate about a purpose and principles led culture and creating an experience that attracts and inspires people who want to imagine and co-create a better future. Aurecon is consistently ranked among the best companies to work for having been named by the Australian Financial Review as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ and one of the ‘Most Popular Graduate Employers’ in 2021. In 2020 Aurecon was also named the ‘Most Innovative Company’ by the Australian Financial Review.
