A Masters degree qualified Design Engineering Manager with a strong grounding in Industrial Design. I am a highly motivated, strong team player, dedicated to achieving excellence in product design, with 26 years technical experience in high quality consumer products and medical product design. Hands on experience has led to a broad knowledge of the manufacturing industry, QFD, DFM, FMEA, processes, materials and technical disciplines used throughout product development. A keen wish to continue to develop technically, a fast learning design mentality complemented with creative and innovative thinking. I am named as co inventor/ inventor on over 30 patents in various fields. I have excellent communication skills, flexible, analytical and passionate about all aspects of product design and engineering. Wanting career development into more senior roles; to gain broader experience in medical devices and implementing engineering management skills.
