In this role, I lead the company’s Talent Attraction, Program and Operational efforts, overseeing a team of sourcing and recruitment coordination professionals. R1 is a leading provider of revenue cycle services and Physician Advisory Services to healthcare providers. R1’s mission is to help healthcare providers strengthen their financial stability so they can deliver better care at a more affordable cost to the communities they serve, increasing healthcare access for all. Before joining R1, I worked for two prestigious financial service institutions — Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab –- and was fortunate to have a broad array of sourcing and selection responsibilities.
