I am a passionate and goal-oriented biomedical scientist with enthusiasm and vision about converting cutting-edge science into commercial applications, finding solutions to health problems and improve the quality of human life. I offer my solid experience over 12 years in cutting-edge research, strategic planning, project management, new application & IVD product development, and customer interface. During my career in academia and industry, I have gained considerable expertise in cell biology, microbiology, molecular biology and allergology, genomics and immune-oncology techniques. This resulted in the successfully management of antiviral drug discovery and therapeutic anticancer antibodies projects, as well as the development of IVD allergy tests, companion diagnostic methods and several in vitro diagnostic kits for the detection of viral and bacterial pathogens. I have acquired strong experience in leading and managing wide international cross functional teams. I am a resourceful team player and effective science communicator with keen ability to disseminate highly technical information to a broad audience, who oversaw and coordinated interdisciplinary research collaborations resulting in the development of several novel protocols and methods, 3 first author and 2 co-author publications.
