After eight years spent in the point-of-care in vitro diagnostic space, I am currently focusing my efforts on exploiting high-end spectroscopy methods coupled with machine learning algorithms to offer unique value propositions for the continuous monitoring of analytes and biomarkers in complex fluids. As a Scientific Leader with 10+ years of professional experience in the Biotech and Diagnostic industries, I have strong expertise in innovative product development, analytical and clinical validation, product registration and commercial deployment. From discoveries to implementing tangible, high-scale manufacturable and clinically validated products, I have a broad understanding of the numerous challenges that a young company must overcome to succeed in the medical device area. With rigorous scientific analysis, in-depth design control, a deliverable-oriented focus and excellent project and people management skills, I turn complex projects into an exciting journey that improve patients health and create values for the healthcare system and the company stakeholders.
