My role is to plan, coordinate, and direct a wide range of funeral services for client families in a distinctively professional and dignified manner. My goal is to exceed client expectations to guarantee their complete satisfaction, ensure continued service of client at their next time of need and earn referrals to their extended family, friends and colleagues. I utilize a business ownership mentality to consistently seek out new business opportunities through innovative sales and marketing tactics: I proactively network, create and maintain relationships with point people from local churches, fraternal organizations, local businesses, hospitals, primary care physicians’ offices, hospice facilities, and nursing homes throughout the greater New Castle County area; Analyze consumer trends in a dynamic industry and adapt service and merchandising plan and associated marketing strategy accordingly; I engage with former, current and potentially new client families through annual symposiums, i.e. “Holiday Hope” program; I created and actively maintain our company website, social media presence, i.e. Facebook and Twitter, and local marketing footprint i.e. church bulletins, community newspapers, and other print media. I manage the full scope of our daily business operations via direct coordination and delegation. I have implemented several technology and process improvements to foster higher levels of efficiency and productivity in communication, data management, and funeral arrangement operations (i.e. decedent file information, merchandise orders, service scheduling). I strive to maintain a superior level of professionalism by establishing our company brand and enacting a code of conduct for all of our staff.
