Email validity drifts over time as people change jobs and addresses go inactive. Emails we find are verified the moment you search, so they're fresh. For emails from other sources - or any you found more than 2-4 weeks ago - we recommend re-verifying before you send.

Yes. To change plans, subscribe to the new one from the pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and add your new credits right away - or contact support for a pro-rated upgrade that keeps your billing date. For downgrades, switch close to the end of your current cycle so you don't lose days you've already paid for. Either way, your existing credits stay in your balance.
