How does the 7-day trial work?

Every monthly plan comes with a 7-day trial. Pick a plan and add your card: it is checked, not charged. You get 100 credits to use right away across single search, bulk, and the API.

The plan starts automatically after 7 days unless you cancel before, which takes one click from your billing page. Cancel and nothing is charged.

Yearly plans have no trial: they bill once upfront at 33% off. To try first, start monthly.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, anytime. Start with the plan that fits you today: if you need more credits later, you can upgrade and pay only the difference between the plan prices. You get the extra credits right away, and your next payment date stays the same. You keep all your unused credits. If you need fewer credits, switch to a smaller plan when your next payment is due, with nothing to pay today. You can also move between monthly and yearly plans. See how plan changes work.

What happens to unused credits?

Unused credits roll over with no cap while your subscription stays active. If you cancel, remaining credits stay available until the end of your current billing period, then expire.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription won't renew. You can keep using your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period - the end of the month for monthly plans, or the end of the 12-month term for yearly plans. Any unused credits expire after that, and yearly plans aren't refunded for unused credits.

What counts as a verified email?

A verified email is one that passes our live checks against the recipient's mail server. We run those checks the moment you search - never from a stored database or cached results. If a search doesn't return a verified email, it's free.

Some domains are "catch-all": they accept mail to any address, so a standard check can't tell whether a specific mailbox actually exists. Most tools mark these "risky" and skip them - we run extra checks to decide whether the address is genuinely valid before calling it verified.

Our 97%+ delivery guarantee means at least 97% of the verified emails we return won't bounce. That keeps bounce rates low and helps protect your sender reputation.

Can I get credits back if a verified email bounces?

Yes. If an email we returned as verified bounces, report it from your dashboard or the API and we'll credit it back after review. This applies to results charged as verified - a search that finds nothing isn't charged, so there's nothing to refund.

Do duplicate searches use credits?

No. Re-running the same search within 30 days is free. This applies across single searches, bulk uploads, the API, and the extension.

Monthly vs yearly - what's the difference?

Monthly bills each month and gives you that month's credits. Yearly bills once for the year, gives you all your credits upfront, and saves 33%.

Can I share my account with my team?

Yes. You can add unlimited team members from your dashboard, and everyone shares the same credit pool - so one subscription covers your whole team, with no per-seat pricing.

How often should I re-verify emails?

Email validity drifts over time as people change jobs and addresses go inactive. Emails we find are verified the moment you search, so they're fresh. For emails from other sources - or any you found more than 2-4 weeks ago - we recommend re-verifying before you send.
