Trina is the Director of Talent Aquisition for Zions Bancorporation, a $52 billion dollar bank holding company with 8 subsidiaries across 10 Western States. In her current role, she manages a team of recruiters, directs talent aquisition strategy, and manages executive searches. She is responsible for initiating programs to achieve excellence in recruiting, selection, and retention in alignment with corporate talent management strategies and objectives. Prior, she was a Sr. Recruiter for an executive search firm where she worked with a variety of companies to help them fill key leadership positions.
