I've spanned a broad set of domains from operating systems to consumer web and mobile apps to shrink-wrapped software to developer tools to big data. The one 'constant' has been high-growth and industry transformation.My experiences have given me broad technical expertise and comfort with many different styles of shipping software. Along the way, I've become passionate about management disciplines like hiring, coaching, team building, organizational design, and culture.
