Combining my 9 years of experience and knowledge with a respectful, compassionate and encouraging attitude, I have endeavoured to champion diversity in regard to hiring new members of staff, training existing team members and managers to promote loyalty to the brand and encourage ideas and new ways of working. I enjoy being actively personable with guests to create a positive and memorable experience. Acheivments Awarded Yo!’s National Head Chef of The Year 2019. Created a workplace that has equal opportunity for growth for all, which has built a safe space for both staff and guests. Trained teams with varying levels of experience to open ‘new concept’ restaurants and retail outlets. Successfully upskilling and cross training full kitchen teams, from kitchen porter to head chef, to ensure businesses continued success Working closely with Food Team assisting in new menu development ideas and allergy awareness. Created a Deliveroo tracker system for my own restaurant. Its local success led to national, company-wide, implementation. Selected as one of the faces of Yo!’s International Women's Day campaign.
