I have attended the sales lot as a porter, turned wrenches as a Technician, written repair orders as an Advisor, trained service departments on process and advised dealers and groups on process improvement. I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of dealerships across the United States, Canada and India. This has helped me gain an invaluable amount of knowledge and perspective in relation to the Automotive Industry. More specifically Fixed Operations. Managers, mentors, friends and colleagues have all taken time to share their knowledge and experiences with me. I am a better person for this and it is why I continually make an effort to listen so I may learn. I look forward to new Friendships, Challenges and Opportunities as I advance along this path we call life.
