It involves creating distinctive and compelling brand propositions that connect with marketplace needs and wants.  When coaching in my current role as a Career Coach to the Professional MBA students and Alumni at Washington University in St Louis, I collaborate with my advisees in crystallizing their unique personal brand, value proposition and selling strategy in order to unearth opportunities in the job market that are a match. Sometimes those opportunities are a job that’s posted at the University or on a company website and sometimes it is uncovered in the hidden job market. I am a Certified Professional Career Management Coach from the International Coaching Federation ( ICF) and a Certified Career Transition Coach from the Career Thought Leaders Consortium. In my brand management, innovation, leadership and training roles at Anheuser-Busch, I specialized in the development, strategy, execution and management of pioneering products and programs. Some highlights include creating the first MBA Marketing Executive Leadership full-time rotational and internship program, the first Brand Management Training Department, the first Global Trend Marketing role as well as led the development of highly successful new products including Michelob Ultra and Bud Select. * Milton Berle
