Prior to joining Redapt HR, Krista most recently served as VP, Global Human Resources Director for Wunderman, where she managed the full employee lifecycle, including staffing planning, talent acquisition, orientation and onboarding, performance management, and career development, as well as their exit process. Krista has a passion for representing the employee voice and a dedication to fostering a company culture exemplified by a unified team.
