I have more than 30 years of distinguished service in executive and senior leadership roles with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, I practiced law with a large firm in Dallas, Texas and was a banking officer with one of the largest banks in Denver, Colorado. During my career, I have:- Proven board leadership serving public, private and non-profit organizations.- Strong orientation in corporate governance, legal, information technology, executive compensation, leadership development, and complex global outsourcing. International experience engaging teams in Europe, Australia, India, and Brazil.- Successful track record of identifying top talent and providing them with the coaching and resources necessary to be successful within their chosen profession.- Skillful regional and national speaker specializing in topics including leadership, energy, human resources, and community engagement.I currently serve on 10 different boards, councils and committees in the community, including Tulsa Area United Way, Gilcrease Museum, Saint Simeon’s Foundation, the American Heart Association, Tulsa Community Foundation, Friends of Finance and several related to the University of Tulsa. Capitalizing upon that business and community experience, I am embarking upon a new path to make a difference in people's lives - executive coaching and leadership development consulting. The most important thing to me is to make a positive impact on those around me. What better way is there to make a positive impact than helping those who are positioned to make a positive impact on other's lives.
