I am a co-founder and VC at Work-Bench, an enterprise-focused venture fund and community in New York City.My investment area of focus is in future of work and future of teams.At Work-Bench, we have been building a new kind of enterprise venture fund that leads with community and that supports the greater NYC enterprise ecosystem, with our 32K sq ft home and hub for enterprise tech here in NYC, and 200+ events a year to bring together and connect leading enterprise startups and forward-thinking Fortune 500s.My role draws on my previous lives in both the corporate and startup worlds: in Learning & Development at Cisco Systems, and leading an innovation and design fellowship in South Africa at Harvard University. I am also a longtime GED instructor, and am passionate about transforming workforce development through tech.I believe teachers are key to closing the skills gap, and why I bring together educators and employers for Teacher's Tech Tours.
