An experienced Change Director with nearly thirty years of IT and Change founded in Scotland with a career that has taken her across the world. I have delivered IT and Change across multi sectors & several global organisations. I work with the business to form productive win-win relationships to define their IT & Change requirements, putting strategic plans in to action and solving operational challenges with a common-sense approach. I pride myself on my ability to form positive working relationships, bringing people along on the journey and building trust along the way. I like to bring structure to organisations, knowing it is not an easy journey. I am comfortable leading people & around technology seeing the big picture and I am comfortable in my own ability based on past achievements. My journey through IT and Change has taken me from people & relationship management, to running Service Desk and Desktop teams, Global Service Delivery, Programme and Change Management and standing up Continuous Improvement (LEAN). I am not scared of a challenge nor do I run away from difficult decisions or conversations. Fundamentally, I deliver.
