Prior to these roles James held engineering and leadership roles at Dell Professional Services, Bell Labs, and AT&T Labs. James is also an interdisciplinary applied researcher and has published over 100 technical articles and papers and multiple recent books on IT. He also currently serves as a Board Trustee at the Henry George School of Social Science where he researches topics in Innovation and Economics. Additionally, as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University’s Department of Computer Science, James taught Software Engineering. Finally, James is an active IEEE Computer Society Member and a PMP (Project Management Professional).
