Under my strategic guidance, each lab has generated over $50M in revenue on a $1.5M budget. The lean labs have also improved NPS on desktop/Mew, resulting in higher customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the process improvements implemented reduced waste by 20% and sped up to-market time from 12+ months to 3 months. The key to my success is prioritizing customer needs.
