I have over 15 years of experience working in various information technology areas. I'm currently a Senior Engineer & Team Lead, managing Aetna's f5 application delivery networking environments. As a Senior Engineer I have implemented countless upgrades on over 85 f5 instances, documentation, custom code to take advantage of REST API's, management utilities, and various new f5 product suites including ASM, WebSafe, and Big-IQ. As a team lead I've managed up to 6 staff members, including regular 1-1's, project planning, mergers & acquisitions, and talent management. Previously, I was the an Engineer at Aetna, working in the Managed File Transfer team where I spent time doing custom installs, upgrades, and working with various products by Axway including SecureTransport and Sentinel. Competencies: network security, f5, managed file transfer, ethical hacking, web application security, networking, PHP+MySQL+REST API's, and almost anything IT related.
