I am an experienced professional with ability of complex thinking and drive to meet business objectives. During my career I have gained experience with complex finance management of several business types (engineering, B2B service company, Hospitality business, SaaS IT company) working with diverse company cultures, managing of finance teams (up to 5 people and managing external bookkeeping agency), building company strategy and vision, complex project management throughout whole organization, grants management and representing of the company as statutory body. I communicate professionally and courageously at all company levels. I pride myself on being proactive, managing well tight deadlines, innovative, organized, punctual, and loyal.
