As President and CEO, I have the honor of building and leading a world-class team that displays endless creativity and a deep commitment to innovative science, to each other, and to the commitment we’ve made to patients and their families. I have been with Wave Life Sciences since 2013. During my tenure, we’ve grown Wave from a small but mighty team of five into a fully integrated clinical-stage genetic medicines company, with a broad pipeline of preclinical and clinical programs supported by scalable, in-house manufacturing capabilities. In addition to my current role at Wave, I am on the Board of Directors for SQZ Biotech and serve as Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Group for the Nucleic Acid Therapy Accelerator (NATA) in the United Kingdom.
