I am passionate about opportunities and growth within the private investment firm industry; my recognized achievements have led me to my current role as Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Operations at VSS (a private investment firm that invests in the information, business services, healthcare, and education industries). My responsibilities are diverse, and my successes continue to exceed expectations as I’m always looking for ways to improve our practices. I strategically bridge communication gaps across the organization for efficiency and effective implementation. In previous roles, I’ve managed and executed employment and performed human resources functions, including benefits administration, hired and onboarded new employees, and oversaw an investment portal website. In all of my roles, I’ve enjoyed achieving and exceeding the set objectives, and I like to streamline and improve operational processes to enhance quality and performance. I lead and develop operational excellence by setting forth expectations and encouraging a high level of performance. I oversee the successful execution of initiatives to improve operations and continuously drive growth and success.
