With over thirty years of industry experience, I have been noted as a premier executive sales/marketing leader with a contagious desire to win, with strong communication, sales presentations and speaking skills plus a creative collaborative approach with internal and external customers. I have been successful in key senior sales and marketing leadership roles in the construction industry with an emphasis in steel building solutions through a relationship-driven builder distribution. In my sales career, I have consistently been awarded multiple territory and regional sales awards and have experience as a Vice-President of Sales for a General Contractor increasing steel building sales there year over year. I have been an active member of my company's senior leadership team for the last ten years working on every-day business, sales operations, P&L management, forecasting, employee development, market analysis, sustainability and energy code solutions, team-building, customer relationship programs, marketing strategies, training, development and more. I have also been an active member of the Metal Buildings Manufacturers Association and the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association where I have served and chaired various committees.
