I thrive building customer and partner services and success teams to deliver accelerated, quality cloud solutions following best practices and leveraging vendor sales programs. At AWS I built the Public Sector Global (London, Singapore, DC) Partner Success Team to evangelize and enable AWS field and hundreds of partners on migration programs. In prior roles I developed success and delivery teams for early stage to mid-size software firms, including co-founding a startup. My teams produce results (currently $275M+ booked migration revenue at AWS), but equally important is nurturing the professional growth of team members and receiving praise from partners and the Partner Account Managers we support. My sweet spot is building/leading 1 to 50 people teams owning partner/customer success, professional services, and enablement. Another strength is building alliances which produce results like being the VMware go-to option for End Using Computer professional services ($1M to 15M in two years) or being appointed to the VMware Partner Technology and Citrix Ready Advisory Boards. I’m primarily interested in partner development or alliance leadership roles. I excel at earning trust by leading with empathy and defining clear expectations for delivering results.
