Provide vision and executive leadership for information security and technology risk management at Vallourec group level. Restructure the data security function by developing an information security framework strategy, policies and standards to manage security functions in all regions. Establish governance and prioritization of Information Security investments to ensure the effective use of security resources, investments and budgets using Shared Service Cost Center. Manage business and cyber risk strategy alignment, innovating and instigating transitional change (including Cloud and digital transformation) to manage risk through valued investments. Establish risk management programs for regions and BU’s, in coordination with Global Internal Audit & Control. Establish, in coordination with Global Legal Department, a process for data protection in compliance with all regulations.
