If you're looking for a better way to tell stories and build communities, drop me a line. I've spent the past decade at the intersection of talent, community, and tech. Today, I work fractionally as a community strategist, GTM expert, and tech education specialist across several organizations, including IPFS, Variant Fund, and Tech:NYC. I sit on the board at Comp Sci High, a new high charter school that's doing incredible things to further educational advancement and equity in the South Bronx. Past projects include web3 community strategy research & architecture at Zeitgeist, the development of a citywide program to educate under-represented youth about tech jobs through Tech:NYC, and GTM, content, and partnerships work at Bolster. In each of these roles, I've drawn upon my experience as GM of Network at Union Square Ventures, where I facilitated connections and shared learning opportunities among 100 active portfolio companies, and my time in product marketing and customer success at Stack Overflow. Actually, my experience is also drawn upon every job prior, all the way back to my college days writing special interest stories for my local newspaper, The Times Herald, and my high school days working as a cashier in the men's department at JCPenney.
