I have held Australia-wide leadership positions with Universities Australia and the Regional Universities Network, and Board positions in Government and industry. I have a strong international focus, including marketing and relationship building with leading universities in North America, Europe and Asia. I am strongly committed to regional communities, both through my university roles, but also a long term volunteering and leadership history in Agricultural Shows. Southern Cross University is one of Australia’s leading regional universities, with a strong research focus in environmental, marine and agricultural science. I have responsibility for the Research portfolio, including Government and industry partnerships and research training.
