Her deep financial expertise includes fundraising strategies, capital structure, financial products, financial analysis and valuation. As an experienced M&A and business development professional, her expertise includes corporate growth strategies, opportunity analysis, due diligence, transaction leadership and execution, negotiations and acquisition integration. Katina has significant experience with emerging companies, serving as advisor on financing strategy, growth initiatives, business development and deal making. She has significant international experience having worked in the US and Europe and executed numerous cross-border transactions for US and non-US companies.
