Experienced 25 year professional in the construction and engineering industry. 16 year employee with the Facilities Planning & Management Engineering Services group at the University of Southern California, leading the group for the past 8 years. Contributed to the addition and renovation of over 5 million square feet of critical research and student spaces on multiple campuses. Responsible for management and maintaining the engineering standards for all USC construction. Responsible for management and maintenance of the electrical infrastructure on multiple campuses. Formed investment partnership and added residential triplex in upcoming neighborhood to portfolio mid-2020. Multi-unit investment opportunities in progress. Previous experience in the LA market as a consulting engineer with Syska Hennessy Group, specializing in critical facilities including hospitals and data centers. Projects included both commercial and residential construction.
