From the call center environment and retail banking to project management and Customer Experience, I have spent more than 12 years in the banking industry focusing on customers. I have experience leading large initiatives at an enterprise level to significantly improve the customer experience, and recognize the criticality of telling the customer story clearly at an executive level in order to facilitate change. This, coupled with taking a customer-centric approach to product and process design, is the key behind making a real difference for customers.
