In every area of life, personally and professionally, I strive to facilitate success for myself and others through collaboration, consultation, communication, and leadership. I am a customer service professional, team leader, and sales expert. I have enhanced the customer’s relationship with the firm, and trained other employees to do the same, thus making and saving millions of dollars for the firm. I enjoy helping and training others in any way I can, and I constantly help and guide people at work, in the community, and at school. I possess a combination of operational expertise and organizational talent, which enable me to manage critical operational functions and help the office run smoothly and efficiently for our customers. My extensive analytical skills enable me to use research, attention to detail, and deductive reasoning to solve problems. I also have a combination of extensive sales and communication skills and exceptional customer service, which enable me to understand the needs of the customer and then effectively communicate to the customer how I can assist them. Additionally, I enjoy the ability to train and supervise other employees and to collaborate in ways that benefit every member of the team. I regularly go above and beyond my call of duty, and I display a consistent willingness to assist others in every way I can. Most importantly, I have a strong drive to continually learn and improve, which will further enable me to bring benefit to our customers and profit to our company. My goal is to be a powerful force of continued success and improvement for myself, my family and friends, my customers, and any company I work for. I intend to continually move up the ranks until I become the owner or CEO of a large company. I will do this by constantly adding value to every position I fill and excelling in every task I complete.
