Proven leadership in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities including: requirements analysis, strategic planning, business process reengineering, technology trade studies, system design, systems implementation and maintenance. MULTI-VENDOR IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE - Successfully managed implementations on a variety of platforms and software products such as: Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted/ cloud and on premise solutions from leading ECRM vendors such as OpenText, IBM / FileNet, EMC / Documentum, Kofax, Microsoft/SharePoint and Privasoft. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT - A key proposal manager and technical writer for numerous capture teams that resulted in multiple awards totaling more than $300M of new business in public sector and commercial lines of business. ECRM IT INDUSTRY RECOGNITION - A 2015 inductee into The Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM)’s Company of Fellows. Represented industry at numerous conferences including: AIIM International, and National Association of State CIO (NASCIO), in the subject areas of ECRM, integration and migrations of legacy systems, and long-term preservation.
