Inside every ‘big’ organization are thousands of human faces and stories to be told. As a communications executive with over 30 years of corporate, non-profit, and agency experience, I spend every day empowering our teams to find and tell Nestlé stories from around the world. At Nestlé, that can range from uplifting individual voices, like an engineer working to bring renewable energy to our operations, to large scale initiatives, like establishing a living income in our cocoa production. I am fortunate to have a career built around using communications and storytelling as a force for good. Prior to Nestlé, I was with The ONE Campaign, an advocacy organization taking action to end extreme poverty, where I generated earned media coverage that influenced policy makers, shaped the debate, and inspired more people to take action. This commitment extends to my personal life, where I’ve been an advocate for a cure for Type 1 diabetes for twenty years, since my kids were each diagnosed a week apart.
