As a project manager with over 25 years of experience in the technology and construction industries I am responsible for overseeing technology systems implementation throughout the life cycle of a project. Systems in these projects include: Phone/ Voice, Network/Data, Nurse Call, CCTV, Card Access, Facility Alarms, Conference Room AV systems, CATV Television Systems and Overhead Paging. My responsibilities include coordinating with the End Users, Architects and Engineers, and Construction Managers. I have worked extensively in all phases of a project including: Design phase: •Producing schematic design, design development and construction documents (CAD and BIM Drawings, Specifications and Project Manuals). Bid Phase: •Soliciting bids, RFP’s and negotiating with Vendors Construction Phase: •Managing contractors and vendors •Working alongside General Contractors and Construction Managers to coordinate scheduling, managing field directives, change orders and budgets. •Coordinating Project closeout activities including creation and management of punch lists, as-built drawings and O&M manuals. Facilities Documentation: •Managing As-built and Record copy documentation for technology systems.
